Requesting account deletion

You can request deletion of your Aventide account and associated business data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and let us know you'd like your account deleted. Include your business name so we can confirm the correct account.

What gets deleted

We remove your account, business facts, documents, and connected integration credentials. Any third-party connections (Google, Stripe, Zoom, etc.) are also disconnected as part of this process.

Disconnecting individual integrations

If you just want to remove access to one connected service without deleting your whole account, go to Business Hub → Integrations and click Disconnect next to that service.
