Connecting Zoom to Aventide

Aventide integrates with Zoom so you can schedule and manage meetings directly from your Aventide workspace, for example booking client calls from your calendar or client rooms.

How to connect Zoom

  1. Log in to your Aventide account at app.aventide.ai/login.
  2. Go to Business Hub → Integrations.
  3. Find Zoom in the list of available integrations and click Connect.
  4. You'll be redirected to Zoom to log in (if needed) and authorize Aventide to access your Zoom account.
  5. After you approve access, you'll be redirected back to Aventide with Zoom connected.

What Aventide can do once connected

  • Create and manage Zoom meetings tied to your calendar and bookings.
  • Share meeting links with clients automatically as part of your scheduling flow.

Disconnecting Zoom

You can disconnect Zoom at any time from Business Hub → Integrations by clicking Disconnect next to Zoom. This revokes Aventide's access to your Zoom account. No meeting data is retained beyond what's needed for your existing bookings.
