Connecting Google to Aventide

Aventide connects to your Google account to power your unified inbox, calendar scheduling, and YouTube publishing from your Marketing workstation.

How to connect

  1. Log in at app.aventide.ai.
  2. Go to Business Hub → Integrations.
  3. Click Connect next to Google.
  4. Sign in with the Google account you want to connect and review the permissions Aventide is requesting.
  5. Approve access to return to Aventide with Google connected.

What each permission is used for

  • Calendar: to schedule and manage bookings.
  • Gmail: to show and send email from your unified inbox.
  • YouTube: to show your channel and publish videos you create in Aventide.

Disconnecting

Disconnect anytime from Business Hub → Integrations. This revokes Aventide's access to your Google account.
